Rob has successfully helped athletes reach their goals in Road Racing, Criterium Racing, Cyclocross, Road and Mountain Bike Stage racing and Ultra Endurance Events (including Leadville).  Hands-on experience, coupled with expertise in TrainingBible techniques and philosophies, brings a mix of practical and technical knowledge that can only be attained through a lifetime of involvement in the sport.   His journey began in BMX Racing back in 1980 and Rob currently competes as a Category 1 Road, Cyclocross and Mountain Bike Racer.
