    Joe Friel : Triathlon, Cycling & Running
    Joe Friel, M.S., author of the Training Bible book series and other books, combines the science of training with his 25 years of coaching experience in training athletes of all abilities to provide you with a training plan designed to meet the demands of your event.     Hal Higdon : Marathon & All Distances
    Hal Higdon is Senior Writer for Runner's World and author of 33 books, including the best-selling Marathon: The Ultimate Training Guide. He ran eight times in the Olympic Trials and won four world masters championships. He is the training consultant for The LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon and operates the Virtual Training Forum, where runners ask him questions. Hal provides training programs at all popular distances (5-K to marathon) and for everyone from fitness walkers to runners who would like to try sprint triathlons.


    Hunter Allen : Cycling with Power
    Hunter Allen is a certified USA Cycling Elite Level Coach and a former professional cyclist. With over 17 years of racing and coaching experience, he is regarded as a leading expert in coaching athletes using power meters. He is the co-developer of CyclingPeaks Software and founder of the Peaks Coaching Group, Inc.


    Gale Bernhardt : Triathlon, Cycling
    Gale Bernhardt was the 2004 USA Triathlon Olympic Coach and the 2003 Pan Am Games Coach for both the men's and women's triathlon teams.     Matt Fitzgerald : Running, Triathlon, GPS & Pace
    Matt Fitzgerald is a highly respected authority on training for endurance sports. He pioneered a new, cross-training-based approach to training for distance running in his book Runner's World Guide to Cross-Training (Rodale, 2004).     Eric Schwartz : Duathlon
    Eric is the 2004 US National Duathlon Champion and is an Ultrafit Certified and USAT certified coach. Over 15 years of racing and coaching experience have gone into designing these training plans specifically for duathlon. He's the founder of www.Duathlon.com and has served on the USAT Board of Directors. Eric's first book, The Duathlete's Training Guide, will be available in 2006.

    Dirk Friel : Cycling
    Dirk Friel's coaching style developed from over five years of European racing experience and 25 years of world-class coaching knowledge passed down from his father Joe Friel, author of "The Training Bible" series of books. Dirk started bicycle racing in 1982 and lived at the Olympic Training Center before moving to Europe where he spent three years as an amateur and two as a professional cyclist. Dirk's racing experience includes the prestigious classics Het Volk, Paris-Brussels, and many stage races such as the Tour DuPont, Tour of Holland, and Tour of Malaysia.

    Lynda Wallenfels : XTERRA & Mountain Bike
    Lynda is an Elite level USA Cycling certified coach and USA Triathlon level 2 certified. She is a member of Joe Friel's Ultrafit and is the author of The Triathlete’s Guide to Bike Training. She's also a contributor to Inside Triathlon and VeloNews magazines. A 100 mile Mountain Bike National Champion with numerous other results makes her ideal to be your coach for mountain biking.

    Jeb Stewart : Strength Training & Cycling
    Jeb Stewart is an Expert Coach, co-creator of the Next Level DVD and is a regular contributor of training related articles to Runner’s World, Bicycling Magazine & Active.com. He is a performance consultant for the AEG/Toshiba Professional Cycling Team, the Travel Girls Cycling Team and many pros around the country.     Danny Suter : Adventure Racing

    Wes Hobson : Triathlon
    Wes Hobson has competed in over 220 triathlons, from sprint- to Ironman-distance. He garnered 35 first places, 60 top-three finishes and 96 top-five finishes during his 12-year professional career that also included being selected "Triathlete of the Year" by the USOC.
